研究了周期性夹芯蜂窝体胞尺寸对夹芯板刚度性能、一阶频率的影响规律.以夹芯均匀化等效的夹芯板模型为基准,定义无量纲尺寸影响因子,描述不同蜂窝尺寸夹芯板性能相对均匀化等效模型基准值的变化趋势,量化蜂窝尺寸的影响程度.采用有限元数值方法,开展了不同尺寸、不同构型以及不同边界条件下蜂窝夹芯板性能的比较分析.计算结果表明:夹芯板的刚度性能与频率具有尺寸效应,当夹芯尺寸与蜂窝尺寸比值大于12,蜂窝尺寸的影响程度趋于平缓减弱,当蜂窝尺寸与夹芯尺寸相当时,蜂窝尺寸的影响非常明显,其影响程度与边界条件及蜂窝构型显著相关.
