本研究基于一种改进的元胞自动机(CA)与非线性有限元(FEM),建立了多道次热变形过程CA-FEM模型,模拟了β21s合金多道次非等温热压缩过程中的组织演变过程.通过有限元分析获得温度场、应变场、应变速率场等局部参数,作为元胞自动机模型的输入,模拟得到坯料心部与端部在多道次热变形过程中的组织演变特征.模拟过程中综合考虑热变形、静态再结晶、亚动态再结晶和动态再结晶等物理冶金现象.结果表明,坯料的局部热变形参数对组织演变影响较大,坯料心部再结晶程度大于坯料端部,心部组织细化效果优于端部.变形过程中的动态再结晶起主要的晶粒细化作用.
