在提高DD3单晶高温合金蠕变性能的热处理工艺改进研究基础上,研究了改进热处理工艺条件下DD3合金的力学性能,并研究了改进后的热处理工艺与叶片涂层工艺的匹配性.对比了国内外单晶合金的性能与成本,结果表明,改进热处理工艺显著提高了合金的综合性能,改进热处理工艺后的DD3合金在140MPa/100h条件下的承温能力达到1070℃;蠕变性能与国外第一代单晶合金蠕变性能相当,在1040℃/137MPa、1050℃/140MPa条件下持久性能更优.与国内外单晶合金的成本与性能比较表明,DD3合金是成本最低的单晶合金,也是性价比最高的单晶合金之一.其独特的成分与成本优势、良好的工艺性、较宽泛的工艺适应性,使其在民用领域具有较大的应用潜力.
