本文所讨论的复合材料胶接体系包括胶膜、发泡胶、底胶、糊状胶黏剂以及修补用胶黏剂.先进的胶膜、发泡胶、底胶可以采用177℃(350下)或121℃(250 ℉F)两种固化工艺,用于复合材料的二次胶接和共固化胶接.较长的外置时间也是胶接体系先进性的另一个方面.用于复合材料修补的胶黏剂的主要先进特性为其固化温度低于复合材料制件制造时的固化温度.用于复合材料胶接制造的胶接体系和修补用的胶黏剂体系还应具备满足使用要求的耐久性能.
