C/C复合材料的宏观强度是由纤维束强度起主导作用,而纤维束强度受纤维/基体界面剪切强度影响.本文建立了界面剪切强度影响下的纤维束强度计算模型,用以计算纤维束或碳布强度.针对细编穿刺C/C复合材料利用其周期性结构单胞,纤维柬和碳布采用Tsai-Wu准则,基体采用最大应力准则,纤维束/基体界面采用内聚力单元,并对其采用二次应力准则,将单胞施加周期性边界条件,计算了纤维束/基体界面处于弱界面剪切强度并与纤维/基体界面剪切强度在一定比例协同变化时的材料宏观拉伸强度,分析了材料的破坏模式.通过计算结果表明:材料宏观拉伸强度会随两类界面剪切强度的协同增加而增加.
