采用光学显微镜(OM),透射电镜(TEM)研究了近α型TG6钛合金在不同热处理状态下硅化物的沉淀析出行为.结果表明,硅化物优先在原始β片层上析出,同时,在有些α基体中也有硅化物的析出.硅化物呈现长杆状或椭球状,为六方结构的S2型( (TiZr)6Si3)硅化物,与α基体没有确定的取向关系.在透射电镜下可以看出,硅化物分布并不均匀.在600℃热暴露过程中,随着热暴露时间的延长,硅化物的数量增多尺寸增大.析出的硅化物与位错发生交互作用形成位错堆积,可以有效阻碍位错的滑移运动,提高合金强度.
