采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析对马氏体时效钢(C300级)钨极氩弧焊焊缝中偏析的合金元素在不同温度固溶时均匀化情况进行了初步的计算和分析.研究认为C300钨极氩弧焊焊缝中主要偏析合金元素是Ni,Mo,Ti;焊缝经1200℃/1h AC处理可以获得成分均匀的马氏体;成分均匀的焊缝进行480℃/4h AC时效处理将不再产生逆转变奥氏体.
