钨酸盐单独使用及与其它组分复配使用时均有缓蚀作用.本文简要介绍了钨酸盐作为缓蚀剂的主要应用领域,综述了表面分析技术(包括椭圆偏振法、Auger能谱、XPS及卢瑟夫背散射能谱)在钨酸盐缓蚀作用机理研究中的应用,并对分析结果及存在的问题进行了讨论.
