用慢应变速率实验测试了X-42钢在0.5mol/L Na2CO3+1mol/L NaHCO3溶液中的应力腐蚀敏感性,研究了模拟楔形缝隙的存在对X-42钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响.结果表明,当拉伸试样表面封装有0.1mm楔形缝隙时,X-42钢在0.5mol/L Na2CO3+1mol/L NaHCO3溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性增大.缝隙内初始应力腐蚀裂纹是沿晶发展的.
