Effect of Ozone on Phosphating Film on Carbon Steel

研究了pH值、温度以及不同浓度臭氧等因素对碳钢表面形成磷化膜的影响.结果表明,碳钢片在臭氧溶解量为0.82～1.62 mg/L,pH值为2.75～2.80的磷化液中,42～45 ℃处理5 min获得的磷化膜层致密呈暗灰色,膜重＞5.90 g/m2,经电化学测试等方法表明耐蚀性良好.
