介绍了钕铁硼永磁体在DVD中的应用。同烧结铁氧体相比，使用钕铁硼永磁体的DVD系统具有体积小、重量轻、性能好等优点。最后就钕铁硼永磁体在DVD中的应用的市场前景做了简要分析。
NdFeB rare earth magnet is the magnetic material with highest property that we can find at present. DVD is a kind of advanced media of picture and information recording. The application of NdFeB magnets in DVD loader is introduced. The DVD system with NdFeB rare earth magnet have less volume and weight and higher performance than that with ferrite magnets. The market prospect is analysed briefly.
