片式化元器件是目前电子信息业热门话题,片式电感器更是片式器件研究的重中之重.本文介绍和评述了片式电感的主要制备方法,工艺关键,国内外研究现状,发展方向,并重点介绍了片式电感器用材料的研究现状,同时展望了片式电感的市场应用前景.
