本文研究了(FeCo)73.5Cu1Nb3(SiB)22.5铁基纳米晶合金在不同退火条件下的磁性能.与典型成分的Finemet合金相比,该合金铁损和矫顽力很低,有优良的综合软磁性能且磁场退火效果很好,这种更好的磁场退火效果来源于该合金有大的磁感生各向异性常数Ku.
