采用分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)技术,研究了时效处理对泡沫铝在高应变速率(1500s-1~2600s-1)条件下力学性能的影响,并与准静态条件下(1×10-3s-1)的力学性能进行了对比.结果表明:时效处理可提高泡沫铝材料的屈服强度,但远没有块体材料那么显著;时效处理对泡沫铝平台区长短几乎没有影响;时效处理可提高泡沫铝材料的能量吸收能力,这在泡沫铝用作冲击保护材料时,显得尤其重要.
