采用粉末冶金法制备了B4C/Ni多孔预制体,采用压力渗透法使液态金属铅浸入预制体.对制得的多孔预制体进行了金相观察和扫描电镜(SEM)观察以及抗压强度的测试,并计算得出了试样的孔隙度.分析结果表明,B4C/Ni多孔预制体的强度在800~1100℃之间随着温度升高而增大;在此温度区间B4C与Ni发生反应,反应产物主要有C和NiB3.多孔预制体抗压强度随孔隙度的下降而增大.在浸渗液态金属铅时,只有直径大于20μm左右的孔洞才能使液态铅浸入.
