介绍了复合材料CT检测、密度及微气孔含量三维测量的原理和方法,并利用在PC机上研制的软件,对断层扫描的图像数据进行三维重建、分析和测量,实验表明,CT检测对复合材料内部缺陷的检测具有很好的分辨率,三维重建能够很好地显示密度的空间分布情况,CT检测是目前最精确、有效的无损评价方法之一。

A method using Computer Tomography(CT) is introduced in the paper,to measure in three dimensions the physical density and porosity of composite materials.A software compatible with PC computer was developed to rebuild images in three dimensions for analyzing and measuring.It is indicated that CT method has a good resolution for composite inner defects inspect and can provide a clear density distribution by rebuilding of images.CT is considered one of the most accurate and effective NDT for composites.
