主要介绍了所研制的变极性等离子弧焊接系统,包括:主弧电源、维弧电源、等离子焊枪、电源配套系统以及计算机控制系统等,对系统的设计和关键技术突破作了较为详细的阐述.采用该系统焊接了4 mm、5 mm、12 mm厚铝合金试片和5 mm厚筒形结构件,焊缝内部质量符合QJ2698-95中I级接头要求,气孔符合MIL-STD-2219标准.
