先利用溶胶凝胶自蔓延法制备铁镍和铁钴氧化物前驱体,通过对前驱体在氢气中进行热处理,制备得到还原Fe25 Ni75、Fe50Ni50和Fe50C050合金粉.通过SEM、XRD分别对合金粉进行了形貌和结构表征,测量了合金粉的静磁性能以及0.5-6 GHz的磁导率,并通过传输线理论计算了合金粉的微波吸收系数.结果表明:氢气还原后的Fe25 Ni75、Fe50 Ni50和Fe50c050分别为单一Ni3Fe相、FeNi相和FeCo相,晶粒大小分别为53、66、36 nm,舍金粉具有较高的比饱和磁化强度和磁导率,Fe50Ni50合金粉在2.5-6 GHz吸收系数低于-10 dB,具有优异的微波中低频段吸收性能.
