采用3,6-二氨基-1,2,4,5-四嗪对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)改性处理,使其表面连接氨基或包覆了四嗪有机物,使得复合材料体系的固化反应起始温度和峰顶温度均比纯环氧树脂(EP)低,MWNTs的加入及其表面的接枝或包覆对环氧树脂的固化具有促进作用.由Kissinger和Ozawa公式分别计算了EP/二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)、MWNTs/EP/DDS、四嗪处理MWNTs/EP/DDS固化体系的表观活化能,分别为39.6、55.5和71.9 kJ/mol.MWNTs表面接枝官能团,四嗪处理MWNTs/EP/DDs复合体系的表观活化能明显增加.
