采用GPC、流变仪等分析手段对不同分子量的固态PCS和液态PCS的黏度进行表征.分析了PCS分子量、软化点及黏度特性之间的关系.此外还用热重法对固态和液态PCS陶瓷产率进行表征.结果表明,LPCS在室温黏度较低,陶瓷产率较高(77%),而固态PCS熔体在>200℃具有较低黏度(500 mPa·s),因此LPCS更适于用作PIP法制备陶瓷基复合材料浸渍前驱体.
