运用Thermo-Calc计算软件分析碳化物对热作模具钢性能的影响,对新型热强耐蚀钢的合金成分进行了初步设计,并对该成分合金钢的组织性能进行了试验表征.结果表明,该钢种的基体组织为回火马氏体,其上有碳化物均匀,弥散分布;该钢种室温抗拉强度高达2 067 MPa,在620℃回火2h时硬度为50HRC左右,在NaCl腐蚀环境中耐蚀.
