通过毛细现象制备苯端基十二硅烷齐聚物(PhMS12)薄膜,发现该薄膜在室温下具有分子链垂直于衬底的层状结构排列方式.极化偏光显微镜照片显示PhMS12薄膜具有均匀畴区,平均线度达到几百微米.极化吸收光谱证明畴区内这种有序的分子排列导致分子面取向具有相同趋势,差热分析证明PhMS12在126~133℃之间呈现液晶性,进一步分析表明这种高温状态呈现的液晶性使分子产生有序排列,这种有序排列能够从液晶态保持到晶态。
