平面荧光灯(FFL)本身为面光源,可以节省光学组件的使用,进而减少背光模组的厚度,顺应了液晶显示器(LCD)向大屏幕显示器市场进军的潮流.文章以介电隔板充氙荧光灯为例,介绍了FFL,的发光原理,并进行了14 cm(5.6 in)平面荧光灯的结构设计和驱动电路设计.实验结果表明,所设计的FFL背光模组能够提供均匀平面光,且所提出的数字调光技术能够获得较宽的调光范围,对大屏幕LCD背光技术有借鉴意义.
