介绍了一种新颖的在5~20GHz频率范围的共享一个兰格耦合器的22.5°和11.25°MMIC多倍频程移相器的设计、制造和性能.选择了工艺变化对电路性能最小的电路拓扑.在5~20GHz频率范围内,以展示出低的峰值相移误差(≤2°);低的输入/输出驻波(≤1.5)和低插入损耗及起伏(≤(2.6±0.4)dB).芯片尺寸为:4.2mm×0.46mm×0.1mm.

Design, fabrication and characterization of a novel 22.5° and 11.25° multi- octave MMIC phase shifter with a sharing Lange coupler is described over 5 to 20GHz band. The topology was specifically selected to minimize process variations on perfor- mance. Low peak phase error (≤ 2 o), low input/output VSWR(≤ 1.5), low in- sertion loss variations(≤ (2.6± 0.4)dB) are exhibited over 5 to 20GHz frequency range. The chip size of the MMIC phase shifter is 4.2mm× 0.46mm× 0.1mm.
