采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜,研究了薄膜厚度、孔隙率、热处理温度、掺杂等因素对薄膜亲水性的影响.结果表明:当TiO2薄膜的厚度小于87.2nm时,随着膜厚的增加,接触角降低.当膜厚大于87.2nm时,接触角基本不变;孔隙率的增加、掺杂SnO2均有利于超亲水性的改善,热处理温度为450~662℃时薄膜亲水性最好.
