在将玻璃片置于Nd3-ZBLAN熔体中对微孔灌注复合时,纳米微孔氧化硅玻璃片中部发生失透,失透部分出现50-100μm晶态鳞片,而鳞片中仍然存在纳米微孔.复合层仍处于非晶态.氧化硅被孔中氢氧化钠腐蚀形成晶籽,而孔中的高气压有助于结晶的发展.
Devitrification was observed in the central portion of the nanoscale porous silica glasses which were sunk in Nd3+ -ZBLAN melt for filling in it's surface layer with Nd3 + -ZBLAN. The devitrified area has crystallization slices in the size of 50 - 100μ m with nanoscale pores and channels remain in the fish scale -like appearance. The composite layers remain amorphous. Silica etching by sodium hydroxide in the pores is considered to initiate the seeds of crystallization and the high pressure in the pores may facilitate the development of crystallization.
