采用柠檬酸盐作为胶体颗粒的稳定剂,制备出稳定性能良好的金属钌薄膜前躯体溶液.当 稳定剂和起始金属钌离子物质的量比为 5:1时,制备的前躯体溶液中纳米金属颗粒具有较好的分 散性, 这种在低于 200oC的温度下通过湿化学方法在玻璃表面制备出金属钌薄膜透过率可达 80.54%,方块电阻为 6× 103Ω /cm2,金属钌薄膜在可见光范围内没有选择性吸收.薄膜厚度增加 时 ,薄膜的方块电阻下降.
