综述了微机电系统(MEMS)在药物传递系统中的应用,着重介绍药物控释芯片、全塑料元件水动力微型药物释放系统和基于人工肌肉原理智能植入式智能药物释放系统三类作用原理不同的药物传递系统芯片,详细介绍这些不同种类芯片的作用原理、微制造过程及应用.
