基于屈服前后平滑过渡的Eyring连续本构模型,建立了电流变液三种基本工作模式(剪切、流动及挤压)的阻尼力学模型.设计制造了一剪切模式阻尼装置和测试装置,实验数据通过优化判定过程确定了Eyring模型两个流变参数的最优值及各参数与电场强度之间关系.剪切模式阻尼装置力学模型理论结果和实验数据进行了比较,两者符合的较好.
