研究了SrCo1-xNixO3-δ(0≤x≤0.10)陶瓷材料(x=0,0.02,0.05和0.10)的微结构和电性能.SrCo1-xNixO3-δ陶瓷样品的结构用XRD和SEM测试分析,用热敏电阻数据采集系统测试了样品在低温-196 ℃和-183 ℃下的阻值和热敏电阻常数B值.样品的电阻值和B值随含量x的增加而增大、烧结温度的升高和恒温时间的增加而减小.测试结果表明:SrCo1-xNixO3-δ陶瓷是一种预计可在-196 ℃以下使用,很有应用前景的低温热敏电阻材料.
