利用导电探针原子力显微镜(CP-AFM)构成金属电极/烷基硫醇饱和分子的自组装单分子膜/金属电极的三层结构,研究了该类分子结的电荷输运.利用该结构测量了该分子结的I-V特性.实验结果表明分子结电导随分子长度的增长指数衰减,并且证实隧穿为饱和分子结中的主要电荷传输机制.同时,实验结果表明该分子结存在明显的整流效应,对该饱和分子结的整流特性进行了理论分析.
