通过隐式格子波尔兹曼方程,并采用壁面平衡边界条件以及二阶关系,模拟了微通道气体流动中的非线性压力和壁面滑移速度,模拟结果与Arkilic的解析结果十分吻合,验证了格子波尔兹曼方法在滑移流区的有效性.
