以乙炔(C2H2)为碳源,N2为载气,二茂铁为催化前驱物,采用浮动催化法,在碳纤维衬底上制备了垂直定向的碳纳米片阵列.利用SEM,EDX和Raman光谱对所得产物进行了表征.结果表明经十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和二茂铁的丙酮溶液煮沸和浸泡处理后的碳纤维表面所生长的碳纳米片长度约为600 nm,宽度约为50 nm.Raman光谱分析表明所制备的碳纳米片为石墨结构.碳纤维的预处理不仅活化了表面,而且避免了催化剂向其内部的渗透和吸收.基于以上结果,碳纤维/碳纳米片在场发射领域很可能有重要的应用.
