采用化学共沉淀法和真空烧结工艺制备了尖晶石型锰锌铁氧体系列样品,研究了ZnO含量及烧结温度对样品性能的影响.结果表明:随着ZnO含量增加,样品的μi逐渐增加,但Bs及Tc随之下降;在1400℃附近能获得较好的磁性能.当ZnO含量=24.5mol%时,样品的μi=7041,Bs=310.9mT,Hc =4.3A/m.
