采用乙醇/乙二醇混合溶剂热方法,通过添加不同含量乙二醇成功合成了不同形貌的WO3微/纳米结构材料.并采用FESEM、XRD、气敏测试装置,分别对产物形貌、结构和性能进行表征.FESEM结果显示,随着乙二醇含量的增加,产物微结构由纳米片逐渐演变成纳米针,最后变成纳米线,且在乙二醇含量为20%时的纳米针为核/壳结构.XRD分析表明烧结前不同形貌的产物分属不同结构的水合氧化钨,550℃热处理后同属于单斜晶系WO3.气敏性能测试表明对于还原性气体,纳米针形貌产物敏感度最大,纳米片最小,而对于氧化性气体NO2,结果正好相反.
