本文主要研究基于磁性的CTC捕获芯片中细胞受力情况,提出该类芯片中细胞捕获可分为偏移阶段和吸附阶段,并使用COMOSL软件分析了各个阶段的受力特点.通过模拟计算及实验结果可以看出,传统的垂直捕获模式由于其受流场作用力影响,不适合在高流速下进行CTC细胞捕获.基于此我们提出一种新型的平行捕获模式芯片的设计,该设计可以显著减少流场对CTC细胞捕获的影响.优化后的芯片流速可以达到6ml/h.
