本文对激光激励的一种新技术—磁约束放电激励技术在XeCl准分子激光器中的应用进行了实验研究。并分析比较了以Ar或He为缓冲气体时磁约束放电激励对XeCl准分子激光输出的影响。
In this paper, the XeCl excimer laser excited by magnetically confined discharge is studied in both theory and experiment, the results are compared and analyzed under the condition of Ar or He buffer gas.
