报道了采用不同腔长、不同透过率的输出镜及不同搀杂浓度的晶体时,激光二极管端面泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体1342 nm激光的输出特性.对三种不同搀杂浓度的晶体的实验结果表明,输出为基横模,在输出1W时,稳定性皆优于0.2%;搀杂浓度较高的晶体,在泵浦功率逐渐增加时更容易饱和.采用0.5%搀杂的晶体,最大获得3 W激光输出,斜效率43.7%.
