报道了利用在未泵浦掺铒光纤中,驻波饱和吸收诱发的自写入光纤光栅的窄带滤波特性及反射波长自适应特性,研制了单频光纤激光器,其线宽可窄至0.5 kHz以下,输出光功率大于1 dBm,不跳模时间大于3小时.通过零拍法成功地观测了跳模时的谱特性.
