高级检索

详细介绍以C8051F005单片机为核心的新型掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)驱动源的设计及研制,用其驱动980 nm的半导体激光二极管(LD),输出十分稳定.然后泵浦铋基铒光纤(Bi-EDF),获得超宽带ASE谱,同时验证驱动源具有良好的线性度输出.
