航天积分球发光面辐亮度均匀性的测量历来是一个难题,如何精确地、无干扰地测量出它的面均匀性,是人们一直在研究的课题.为了准确地测出我国减灾卫星的HJY20-1-A卫星超光谱成像仪星上定标积分球的面均匀性,中国科学院安徽光机所研制了一套测量小口径积分球面均匀性的检测系统,该系统使用透镜成像进行间接检测,采用计算机控制扫描,对高精度标准探测器采集的数据进行分析处理,从而得到该积分球的面均匀性,并用此系统对航天积分球进行了测量,得出该航天积分球的面均匀性小于0.5%,测量误差小于万分之五,该系统具有较高的精度和重复性.
