实际干涉计量中各种干扰因素的存在,使得包裹相位图中可能存在噪声、低调制点或散斑等误差点.在用逐行逐列扫描法进行去包裹时,当碰到这些误差点时,误差就会沿着去包裹方向扩散,在去包裹相位图上形成"拉线"现象.针对去包裹误差扩散的原因,结合对相位图的预处理,提出了简单有效的相位去包裹误差校正算法,用这种方法去包裹时并不用避开误差点,而是在去包裹后进行误差校正,可以有效地解决去包裹误差扩散问题,消除"拉线"现象.计算机仿真和实验结果证明了该算法可以快速、准确地进行去包裹操作.
