采用脉冲激光沉积法在倾斜SrTO3(100)衬底上制备出高质量的Sr2FeMoO6薄膜,观察到薄膜在可见、红外波段的脉冲激光照射下具有很大的激光感生热电势效应(LITV).研究表明,用1064 nm和532 nm波长的脉冲激光从薄膜表面垂直照射时,薄膜表面产生的最大峰值电压分别为0.9 V和0.8 V,并且LITV信号与激光能量成良好的线性关系,可用以制造高灵敏度的激光功率计/能量计.当激光从SrTO3衬底方向照射时,LITV极性发生变化.上述现象用各项异性Seebeck效应给予了解释.
