双曲柱面-平面透镜在加工过程中,误差不可避免,使得透镜结构与理论值不符,难以达到最佳准直效果.基于光线追迹理论,对透镜准直半导体激光光束的特性进行了研究.用解析的方法,讨论了透镜的结构参数、材料折射率及光源与透镜间的距离对透镜准直效果的影响.结果表明:适当选择透镜结构参数、光源位置参数,可使透镜达到最佳准直效果.为双曲柱面-平面透镜准直性能的改善和半导体激光器快轴方向光束质量的提高,提供了理论依据.
