采用无损检测实验方案,用808 nm光波分别沿人体手臂小肠经脉线与旁开非经脉方向传播,测量皮肤表面漫射光辐出度,探究手太阳小肠经光传输特性,分析了不同时刻漫射光的衰减情况.结果表明,808 nm光波沿小肠经脉方向和非经络方向传输时,光强度的衰减遵循指数衰减规律,但衰减程度存在明显的差异,这种差异性具有医学统计意义(P<0.05).不同时刻漫射光的衰减情况也不一样,在12:00时的小肠经上漫射光衰减明显快于其它时刻,与小肠经上气血运行时间相符.研究结果对于经络气血运行和人体经络的客观存在性有一定的参考价值.
