利用平面波展开法对十重准周期光子晶体(QPC)的带隙特性进行了研究.讨论了十重QPC的第一带隙宽度随介电常数对比度、介质柱填充因子的变化规律,发现带隙宽度和介电常数存在线性关系,并且存在最佳的填充因子.通过比较TE和TM模式的带隙,发现TM偏振模式下的带隙更宽.并比较了十重QPC与八重QPC的带隙特性,发现十重准晶光子晶体更容易产生带隙.
