基于LD端面泵浦掺镱硅酸钇(Yb3+∶Y2SiO5)晶体的激光特性,考虑晶体侧面的热对流,通过有限差分法求解各向异性介质热传导方程,得到了该晶体的温度场分布、端面热形变分布,计算了在不同泵浦功率下的热焦距.同时比较了考虑晶体侧面热对流系数前后的热焦距,并进行了实验测量,结果表明热焦距随泵浦功率的变化趋势同理论结果相符.
