实验研究了308 nm准分子激光皮肤治疗仪激光传输系统中光纤的传输特性.比较了紫外扩展型液芯光纤、集束石英光纤、普通液芯光纤三种不同类型的光纤在不同的激光输出功率、工作时间等条件下的传输效率,紫外扩展型液芯光纤的传输效率达到70%;测量和分析了在激光传输过程中液芯光纤对激光光强分布的改善和匀光作用,输出光束光场均匀性小于士4.5%.实验表明,基于液芯光纤的激光传输系统对于308 nm紫外激光具有较好的激光传输效率、匀光效果和工作稳定性.
