研究了密度为0.86g/cm3的整体毡C/C坯体(CVD致密后)随着浸渍致密次数的增加,C/C复合材料的密度、开孔率、压缩强度和弯曲强度的变化规律。研究结果表明:针刺整体毡C/C复合材料随树脂浸渍炭化致密次数的增加,密度增加值越来越小,开孔率随浸渍炭化次数增加的降低趋于缓和。随着浸渍致密C/C复合材料的密度增加,压缩强度相应增加,弯曲强度从第二次浸渍炭化后趋于稳定。同时对C/C复合材料的微观结构进行了分析。

After CVD to a density of 0.86?g/cm3, the integral felt C/Ccomposite is densified by furan resin impregnation process. The variations of density, open porosity and mechanical properties of the C/C material with the resin impregnation cycles are studied. Results indicate that with the liquid-resin impregnation process, the density of the C/C material increases and the porosity decreases but their variation trends towards slowly after the first impregnation cycle. At the same time, the compressive strength increases continuously while flexible strength is almost the same after the first impregnation cycle due to their different influence mechanism. Microstructure of the C/C composites is also observed.
