无喹啉不溶物煤焦油在300?℃空气吹扫氧化2?h~12?h制备了一系列氧化沥青,氧化沥青的化学结构通过1H-NMR,13C-NMR,FT-IR,元素分析和族组成分析进行,结果表明:空气吹扫可促进脱氢缩合反应的进行,随着空气吹扫时间的增加,α-氢显著减少,氧化沥青中氧含量并没有大的增加。在480?℃,0.1?MPa和1.6?MPa下分别将氧化沥青进行焦化,考察了焦收率以及光学组织结构变化情况。结果表明,空气吹扫氧化可提高煤焦油沥青的焦收率,轻度氧化对中间相组织影响不大,重度氧化抑制中间相组织的发展。
A series of pitches were prepared from QI-free coal tar through air-blowing at 300?℃ for 2?h~12?h. The air-blown pitches and raw coal tar were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1?H-NMR,13?C-NMR, solubility, and optical microscopy. The results showed that air blowing could promote the dehydrogenative condensation reaction between pitch moleculars. The α-hydrogen in raw coal tar decreased with air blowing time, while oxygen content had no significant increase in the resulted pitch. The air-blown pitches and raw coal tar were carbonized at 480?℃ under 0.1?MPa and 1.6?MPa respectively. It demonstrated that the air blowing at low temperatures was a simple procedure for increasing the coke yield, although it tended to suppress the growth of optical anisotropy at the following carbonization process.
